How to create a Return?
Shipping Details: Domestic and International
WATSKIN shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method, and your shipping destination.
We offer economy and priority shipping options. Our shipping carriers are UPS, USPS, Fedex, and DHL.
We ship twice weekly. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship domestically.
WATSKIN shipping duties and additional fees are calculated at checkout based on your country and size of the order. International orders are shipped DDP [duties delivered paid].

Our Exchange Policy
In order to exchange an item our policy asks that the customer initiates a return and places a new order. We will provide a label for the return.

WATSKIN garments are machine washable in the gentle cycle. Hang dry to preserve the integrity of the fabric.
How to use a promo code?
If you would like to use a promotional code for a WATSKIN event, you can add the code in checkout.
Please note that two simultaneous promotion codes are not accepted in one order. Each promotion is designated for a specific time frame and can be cancelled at any time.
WATSKIN gift cards are available for purchase in denominations of $25, $50, $100, $250, and $500.
We do not offer price adjustments and cannot apply discount codes after an order has been placed.
Merchandise labeled as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. If a return is started on a final sale item, the refund will not be processed.
